The Kurrawa Surf Live Saving Club sits at the heart of the Gold Coast community and typifies the balance between the building’s dual civic and recreational functions as a place where the city meets the beach. The Arkhefield design realises the brief for bold and visionary architecture while maintaining references to its functional use as a local Surf Life Saving Club.

The Smith Collective is a landmark precinct and represents Queensland’s largest multi-residential project ever undertaken in a single stage. The master plan design by joint venture group AAA – Arkhefield, ARM and Archipelago with Lat27 – for Grocon brings together hinterland and coastline to capture the essence of the subtropical climate emblematic of the Gold Coast.
